In past, individual staffs were responsible for maintaining organizational records of their own activities. No centralized guidelines existed for managing information. All staffs were aware of keeping everything for three years - just in case of any emergency; then destroy and make sure that they have a hard copy with them. All space within the building of Justafye is currently occupied with the exception of a small area in the basement, which has flooded on a number of occasions in recent times.
